You can access the profile page in several ways:

  • Click Profile in the top menu
  • Click user icon in top right → Select Profile
  • Mobile: Touch profile icon in bottom navigation

  3. Select new photo (max 5MB)
  4. Preview and click "Save"

⚠️ Profile Photo Guidelines

  • Clear face photo recommended
  • Inappropriate images will be removed
  • No advertising images allowed

📧 Change Email

Change Procedure

  1. Click "Change Email" in profile edit
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new email address
  4. Send verification email → Check email
  5. Click verification link to complete

💡 Email Verification Tips

If verification email doesn't arrive, check spam folder. Complete within 10 minutes.

📱 Change Contact

SMS Verification Procedure

  1. Enter new contact number
  2. Click "Send Verification Code"
  3. Enter 6-digit verification code
  4. Complete within 3 minutes

Contact is used for withdrawal and security alerts, so please enter accurately.

Viewable Information

  • Recent Login: Date/time, IP, device info
  • Security Activity: Password change history
  • Transaction Summary: Monthly deposit/withdrawal statistics
  • Referral Activity: Referral signup status

If abnormal activity is detected, change password immediately.

🗑️ Account Deactivation

⚠️ Cautions

  • Cannot deactivate with remaining balance
  • Must complete ongoing staking
  • Can recover within 30 days after deactivation
  • All data permanently deleted after 30 days

Deactivation Procedure

  1. Withdraw all balance
  2. Wait for staking expiry
  3. Profile → Account Settings → Account Deactivation
  4. Select deactivation reason
  5. Confirm password
