OpenInterest delivers important information through the memo system. You can check it via the bell icon in the top header.

👁️ How to Check Memos

Opening the Notification Modal

  1. Click the bell icon in the top header
  2. The notification modal opens showing recent memos
  3. Unread memos are highlighted with a gold border

Memo Status

  • Unread: Gold border + bright background
  • Read: Normal border + dark background
  • Time display: Just now, 5 minutes ago, 1 hour ago, etc.

View All Memos

Click the "View All Memos" button at the bottom of the modal to go to the memo page.

💬 Memo Page Features

Memo List

  • Inbox: View all received memos
  • Sent box: View sent memos
  • Filtering: Sort by sender or date
  • Search: Search memo contents

Sending Memos

General members will have points deducted when sending memos.

  1. Click "Send Memo" on the memo page
  2. Enter recipient's ID
  3. Write memo content (max 1000 characters)
  4. Click send button

💡 Usage Tips

Effective Notification Management

  • Regular checks: Check notifications 2-3 times daily
  • Save important memos: Store critical information separately
  • Immediate reading: Check system/admin memos immediately
  • Sound settings: Allow browser notifications

Important Notifications You Might Miss

  • Staking maturity 3-day notice: Time to decide on reinvestment
  • Withdrawal limit alert: Daily/monthly limit warnings
  • Security alerts: Unusual login attempts
  • Referral signup notification: New team member joined

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I'm not receiving notifications

A: Check if browser notifications are allowed and verify that notifications are enabled in Profile → Notification Settings.

Q: Can I delete memos?

A: You can delete individual received memos. System memos are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Q: How many points does it cost to send a memo?

A: General members are charged 10 points per memo. Administrators and Masters can send free memos.
